We’ll start with a reminder of what Mindfulness practice is truly meant to be—a way of being rather than yet another ‘doing’. Linda will then present the four additional steps that will allow you to make the best of every day. We’ll consider the physical self--how to rest, move and eat for maximum health. Next, we’ll turn to the inner self—how to make the most of your personality traits and intelligence profile, to understand and capitalise on the effects of your birth order position, and to learn how to recognise your creative passions. You’ll then discover ways to ‘streamline’ your life—how to plan ahead effectively, to declutter and simplify, and how to say ‘no’ to unwanted requests. Finally, we’ll take an in-depth look at how you relate to those who matter most to you.
